Under the Australian Hearing Services Program, eligible veterans and pensioners receive subsidised services and hearing devices including:
To qualify you must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident aged 26 or older and meet at least one of the following conditions:
Hold a current Centrelink Pensioner Concession Card.
Receive Sickness Allowance, Disability, Age, Carer, Job Seeker, or Parenting Payment from Centrelink.
Hold a DVA White Card with hearing loss noted as a condition.
Hold a current DVA Gold Card. All hearing services are covered.
Be a current member of the Australian Defence Force.
Be an NDIS participant who has been referred by an NDIA planner.
